Entry Point Not Found - OpenSpan.Scout dll related
I've just converted by OpenSpan plug in solution (which contains to projects - 1 Visual Studio and 1 OpenSpan) from 7.193 to 8.0.143. The Solution builds with no errors. When trying to run the project I receive the following message (if run on a 32 bit machine I receive the same message but for OpenSpan.Scout.x32.dll):
After click OK on the above message, I then receive this Fatal Error:
The V-SIST project is the Visual Studio project and the Vertex_Smithfield_Project is the OpenSpan project. I recently converted a similar project (this on is a subset of that project basically), and did not and do not have this issue. How can I correct this?

The problem turned out to be outdated versions of the OpenSpan.Utilities.x32 and x64 dll files. Replacing those dll files corrected the issue.

It doesn't look like the images I included in the original post came thru. The first error message states has the heading "V-SIST.exe - Entry Point Not Found" followed by this error text:
"The procedure entry point_CopySid could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenSpan.Scout.x64.dll"
The second error message shows the following Exception Information:
Exception Type: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
ErrorCode: -2147024769
Message: "The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007F)"

Try opening the automation it's trying to reference to make sure the automation isn't corrupted. If needed, try generating a new entry point.
