User Interface Issue
when am trying to create any new rule in Pega 7.2.2 am getting label box such big am not able to find what i have changed
here am attaching my screen shot could you help me on this.

Hi Pradeep,
As per the screenshot it doesn't look like a Label for me, as it is displaying the Rich Text Editor. Basically Label will display the provided text and it won't have RTE control as shown in my screenshot. So i suspect its not a Label, could you go to the corresponding section using LiveUI and see the exact control being used to display this UI. If not kindly share the screenshot of your section rule whether this control has been used.

Hi Pradeep,
Can you show us the screenshot of your Label rule and the display of the Label rule in the section.
Try to add a Label in any sample section and enter the text to be displayed in the field, then see how it is displayed in the section preview. For me it looks like the label is not created properly at your end or you might be ending up with creation of wrong rule instead of label.

here am attaching two snapshots
1) when am login into Prpc left most corner side i am seeing label kind of box i donno why it is showing
2) if i open any activity or if want to create any new rule the label box appearing as big as , am wondering what could be the issue

Could you please use LiveUI tool to identify the rule which is being used on both the places and cross check the rule if it had any changes in it.

Just want to know what kind of new rule that you trying to create. Did you find any console errors in your browser while doing this.
Inorder to get the console errors click on F12 key in keyboard. Just let us know if you find any errors in console.

Please provide the information for below queries.
Is this issue happening in specific browser or in all the browsers?
Did you upgraded recently from any earlier versions?
Is this issue occurring only when you are trying to create the new rule (or) for already created rules as well?
Can you please try clearing the browser cache and restart the browser and try .

The issue is persist in all the browsers
i have not upgraded recently
this is occurring for already created rules also
i have cleared the cache and tried but still it is same
