Checkbox presentation issue

Hi all,

In Pega 7.1.8 I am using checkboxes in a grid repeate in a modal flow action section. The first item of the checkboxes is displayed with a dotted line, the rest are fine. No special format is used, just the Standard checkbox. Attached is a screenshot. I noticed that when I click on the modal window to become active it is fixed. How can I make the modal active on showing up? Have anyone had that issue and do you know how it can be fixed.

I think this is because that checkbox is on focus. Can you try pressing tab from keyboard and check if the dot is moving away. Or press space bar to see if the checkbox is selected or not?
