Pega Robotics Studio: Tool Box doesn't show Connectors related to Microsoft XL and Outlook

I am new to Pega Robotics and trying to do some experiment in to read data from XL as well as reading email content form outlook.

Help says, to use Connectors "MicrosoftExcel", "MicrosoftOutlookMail".

I don't see these options in my Studio. Any pointer will help.ro

Hi Shekar,

Thank you for posting your query on PSC.

I did a search on PSC for posts that look to be related to your issue. I believe that you must install Office support when you install Studio. This is required. The connector is found in the Pega Robotics Connectors section of the Toolbox.

Can you confirm if you have done this?

If you did not select the correct Office version during installation, you will need to uninstall, restart your machine, then re-install Studio. If they still do not show, you can manually add them from the OpenSpan.Office.dll.
