Missing Properties on BIX

Hello All,

I am trying to create a BIX Extract on some of the properties from the work class but I don't see all the available properties.

Any reason why Pega would not display all the properties.

Upon reviewing your associated SR, I see that SA-39577 Missing properties in BIX Extract property configuration was generated as a resolution. If you are having the same question, please review this SA.

Can you share the screenshots of your extract rule? What is the PRPC Version? What kind of property is the base property?

I don't see any obvious reason why those properties would not be in the list of properties to add to the extract.  For a sample WO that has these properties set can you open the instance and show the clipboard.
