OOTB Function to copy Page or access Page from Other Thread

Hi,

I have a scenario where in which i have a page in THREAD A , i have to compare/Acess value of a property from a Page in THREAD A against value of a property in a page in THREAD B.

Can we accomplish the above using OOTB methods, meaning without writing any java code in activity or using custom function?
