Need to provide different Workbasket for the users in the same Access Group
We have a requirement to provide different workbaskets for the users in the same Access Group. With respect to their access group the users will have same roles. So currently we are able to provide all them a single common workbasket only. Now we want to provide workbasket for the users based on their region. For example, all the users are in the same access group. But the APAC users should have access to APAC workbasket. NA users should have access to NA Workbasket. Like wise we have different workbaskets for each regions for which we have to provide the access to the users based on their region.
Please let me know if there is any way to do it.

Hi ,
In this case, let all the operators belong to same accessgroup, but configure them to different work groups.
Each workgroup, will be specified with a default workbasket, to which only the users belonging to that work group, will be able to access it.
PS : Not sure if this makes the correct design. Others can provide their thoughts.

That is correct, workgroups provide a way to form teams even though they have same access group. But important point to note here is that security in workbaskets is still controlled by Access Roles.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I have a set of users who are in different regions. I have to provide them different workbasket based on their region. But they all have the same level of access to the application. Will there be any expected issues in dividing the users with same Access Group based on WorkGroup in this scenario?
