Displaying Default KPIs?
Hello,
I was wondering how to get the default KPIs (i.e. Volume, Total Rejected, Total Accepted, Accept Rate) to display on my application.
I am unable to create these KPIs from scratch and get the following message:
Based on this, I understand the Volume exists. I just don't know how to get it to display.

Which Pega/DSM version are you using?
The list of already defined KPIs will be available on the 'Key Performance Indicators' tab on the Visual Business Director LP. (Designer Studio-->Decisioning-->Monitoring-->Visual Business Director).
If you have run some batch simulations writing data to VBD data source; you will see the values of the KPIs when you launch VBD from the 'Data Source' tab of the Visual Business Director LP.

Hi Akash,
I am using Pega 7.2. I have used VBD before so I am familiar with how to open the tool and what should display. The issue is that when I go to the 'Key Performance Indicators' tab on the VBD LP it is blank. I don't see any KPIs populating. I had to manually create a Volume KPI and a Total Rejected KPI and name them Total Rejected_2 and Volume_2 because it won't allow me to create another KPI called Volume or Total Rejected. I know that these are standard KPIs that should be present, but I don't see them.
When I open VBD, only the 2 KPI options that are displayed are the two that I manually created. See below:

Are you running the OOTB DMSample application or a custom application built on it?

Hi Akash,
I am working on a custom built application that is large and complex. I am having a difficult time finding the applicable section of the logs to share. Can you help to point me to what specifically you are searching for? The logs are extensive otherwise.

Hi Samantha,
Please download the complete PegaRULES log file from the Designer Studio or directly from the server if you have access to it.
Just access the VBD KPI LP and let me know the time when you did that. I will check that in the logs then.
