Apache POI is shipped with PRPC717; you can check by running the following SQL:

According to this Apache POI webpage [https://poi.apache.org/document/index.html] the 'WordExtractor' class is shipped with the 'scratchpad' JAR; so we should find it in pr_engineclasses, we can verify that with:

select pzjar, pzpackage, pzclass from pr_engineclasses
where lower(pzclass) like '%wordextractor%'

This brings back (amongst other rows):

prpoi-scratchpad-3.6.jar | com/pega/apache/poi/hwpf/extractor | WordExtractor.class

Note: the package appears to have been refactored to 'com.pega.apache[...]' .

Try replacing the default package name with the refactored one ; does this give you what you need ?
