Is there a property (maybe in ootb) to express the count/number of pages of a list/group?
I created a repeating layout to list information needed in my APP, and I need to limit the number of rows, corresponding with another integer property.

If the list is populated using report definition, you could simply use pxResultCount property. Else you can use the suggested function to get the same. Also could you explain what you mean when you say
'I need to limit the number of rows, corresponding with another integer property'

If you want to restrict at the time of adding elements in a repeating grid then on the add icon you can simply keep a visible when condition as follows:
or you can directly compare the integer property value with pxResulyCount property of pagelist/group in the when condition.
