Pega Robotics Automation use case help required.
My use case is as follows:
"I have a web application. Which contains a list of tickets. When ever a new ticket is added to the list. I need to Login to another application and do some process to close the ticket." I am trying to automate this use case.
Issue: I am unable to figure out a way to get notify when ever a new ticket is added to the list. Does RPA provides any component to acheive this? Other stuff I can automate. This missing link of implementing get notify logic, when ever a new ticket is added is a kind of blocker.

What application are the new tickets being generated in? Does the application refresh when a new ticket is created? We are usually limited by the application we are automating more than by toolset.
