PegaCall used for Inbound and Outbound Calls (Dialer)

Hi,

Has anyone implemented both Inbound and Outbound calls (a file will be sent to Avaya and uses predictive dialing and Avaya connects to the customer and make an invocation to PegaCall).

Please let me know the Avaya product used to do this.

Hi Narendra,

We have used Pega-Avaya architecture for our Contact Center application. Pega Call is compatible with Avaya to do integration over Secure and non -secure TLink.
