One department has one access group in Pega.

The access group has 2 workbaskets defined.

Now the operator pulls from 2 workbaskets without knowing which workbasket to pull from.

Part of the department works on 1 basket, part on the other basket. The entire department has only 1 LDAP group which gives them access to Pega via 1 access group.

I created 1 workgroup with one basket as a default and 1 workgroup with the other as default

The operator cannot select a basket in the caseworker screen.

What is the best way to deal with this: part of operators in 1 accessgroup may only work on basket 1 and other part of same group only works on basket 2.
