Screen Flow And Case Type
Have below scenario :
Screen 1.A relationship manager (RM) enters customer's details.
Screen 2. RM enters product details.
Screen3. RM selects add-on products.
RM should be able to navigate the screens back and forth.
Also, the chevron should display all these 3 under a single stage.
Is this achievable ? Can someone please provide any help on how to achieve this

Your requirement will be acheive by using the screen flow and subprocess means the front and the back moving.But I didnt get at the last point where you are saying the chevron. If your requirement is to show all three screens in the single stage means it is possible and that to you can show it in the single step also.Please give some more clarification about this so that I can give complete solution.

Hi Nisarg,
This can be achievible by designing the flow, I will design the flow for you hope it will useful. It is different in pega 7.1.9 and the new versions pega 7.2.1. I will design in 7.2.1 please verify and make the design in 7.1.9 if you are using the old version. I did for the first step to move second and third screens which are of different steps. I kept all the possibilites so that you can meet your requirement. Do as shown in the attachment for the steps 2 and 3.
First step--- step 2 and 3 are sub process, second step --- step 1 and 3 are sub process and third step --- step 1 and 2 are sub process.
Note: first decision box indicates to which step wants to navigate like the drop down and then basing upon the decision you can navigate. Please find the attached screen shot.
