The designer interfaces messed after pega upgrade

This year, we upgraded our Pega from 5.2 to 7.18, and it brought two issues (please see the enclosed pictures). Is there anyone can help me solve them?

ISSUE 1 Please refer to https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/developer-portal-was-not-loading-properly-after-prpc-upgrade

ISSUE 2 This is expected, we have to manually re-arrange the flow shapes so that the flows become readable.
