UI of Portal Manager has changed but my team, access default UI.

My team has build an application, and I have change the Portal Manager with live UI and te UI of Portal Manager has changed. But when my team login, the UI is default UI. So are If I login as manager. how can I fix this?

How you have made the changes  ? Are they done via private check out ?

If not , can you ensure that the rules are all checked in ?
