The checkbox to manage the learning cycle lets PRPC keep track of the inputs to Adaptive models and all strategy results at the time of the decision. When at a later point of time a response is handled ("retrieve previous inputs"), this can be associated with the actual values of the predictors at decision time to send to Adaptive Decisioning.

The value represents the duration for which these inputs will be kept. A value of 0 means forever.

In later versions of the product we have changed the labeling of these configuration options to be - hopefully - a bit clearer:

What if a customer responds after the store data has expired.

hi Team,

 In my data flow ,i have selected "store adaptive inputs and strategy results" for 2 hours.

but i do not have adaptive model inside my strategy, 'NextBestAction' , am not using adaptive model at all to show offers to customers.

Can i still retrieve the cached results using the key ".interactionID" ?

Please help We are struck here  , am not able to retrieve cached inputs,outputs  within the 2 hours window.
