Error "Unable to Run Rule" when trying to run a report

Hi,

 

I'm getting the below error when trying to run a report.

 

Unable to Run Rule. Unable to open instance for execution. It may be in a RuleSet or RuleSet Version not visible to you, may have availabiltiy set to blocked or no, or may have security restrictions.

What is the rule availability set to?

In addition to Pushpa's queries, in which context you are running the rule? Running the rule standalone or from an activity?
