Icon dynamically change at runtime

Team,

 

Is it possible to dynamically change the URL of an Icon based of a Click Action? So have an Icon be a ON originally but once you click on it that same item becomes a OFF without hiding or overlapping the first Icon with another one, but simply dynamically changing its value on click.

would it be possible to build the URL before loading the icons and assign apprioriate value?

or having TWO icons applied with visible when's be a convincing option?

Have two icons ON and OFF and on click event run a paramaterized Data transform and set visiblilty boolean value as true/false. Configure visibility as expression and check Run visibility on client, for faster load. Doing it through when current requires section refresh.
