We are planning to host and expose Service-REST on PRPC 7.1.8. Does Service-REST work with attachments like Service-SOAP?
We are planning to host and expose Service-REST on PRPC 7.1.8. Does Service-REST work with attachments like Service-SOAP? We are expecting that calling client will be passing an Excel attaching with service call.

All inbound attachments are copied onto pyRequestAttachmentPage and all outbound attachments are read from pyResponseAttachmentPage, irrespective of the HTTP method you use, but obviously you cannot send attachments in an HTTP GET request, can you?

GET request is used for getting data from other system etc.like when we pass a/c number it returns name,address,balance etc.
For sending data to other system use POST method where it is not viisble in the query as well.
