How to request/get available Hot fix without opening an SR

Hi, Can we get available hot fix without SR creation?

I can see list of available hot fix is not available on pdn for pega v 7.1.x

Hotfix self service is not available for PRPC 7.x

And the existing hotfix selfservice which is available earlier for 6.x also stopped now.

To get the correct hotfix, you need to create SR. There is no other option.
