Load Runner Script failing for OOTB radio button


We are trying to record the script using Load Runner Virtual user generator, and we are having diffficulties with one of the radio button related  functionalities.

The attached word document details the problem we are facing while using Load runner.

Please give us more details - this will help us to narrow down your issue. From the screenshots, it appears that you are running firefox. Is this happening for IE/chrome as well? Any errors on the load runner side? What about fiddler trace? Any javascript errors? Also the screens looks like some Pega framework, are you using any pega frameworks?

Hi Samba, Good morning!


  • the framework control 'RULE-HTML-PROPERTY ISREPGAINTOCHRDBTN' is replaced with PRPC OOTB radio button control in Smart dispute v7.x on Pega 7x series. is it feasible to upgrade to smart dispute 7x from 6x?
    • as Kevin suggested - could we quick test on IE 9 browser and learn the behavior?
    • also as a quick fix -
      • would it be convincing to request to override the section rule [RepresentmentDoc] in application rulesets?
