How to set up the file listener to read values from CSV; create WOs and to save the result as CSV using Connect-FTP?

Team,

We have a requirement in which a file listener has to be built to read values from a CSV file and create a work object from every line item in it by saving it to a data table. After processing the work objects by applying business rules, the details should be captured in to a CSV file and should be deported into a remote folder using Connect-FTP.

If there is any exception in reading the line item while getting the values from CSV file, then an exception CSV file should be generated and the same should be deported at the remote folder using Connect-FTP.

Can anyone provide the step-by-step ways to achieve this in PEGA 7?
