Support portal down

Hi,

We can't able to raise a support request in "pdn.pega.com". Can't able to see "My Support Portal link" for the past three days. Could someone please let me know when this issue will be fixed.

Hi Srikanth,

We're not hearing any other reports of My Support Portal not being accessible.  Are you able to access our Support Page? We have a My Support Portal button on that page.

Also, are you able to post your question here in the Product Support Community? You'll find that your question will be answered here faster than if you had opened a SR.
