Cannot complete SOAP Connector Integration - Possible System Limit

I am running into an issue where I cannot complete/create a SOAP Integration as the create button is greyed out. Total record count to be created is 1,159 rules. I recall from a different POC that there was some sort of system limit that needed to be updated or a patch that needed to be applied, but I cannot recall what it was.

WSDL being consumed:

It looks like this was being caused by the application password that had been set. If your application requires a password for update, the wizard will not allow you to proceed, nor will it prompt you to enter the password. Sherif Issa! ! ! !
