Filtering hierarchical data

Hello!

 

Quiz on DISPLAYING HIERARCHICAL DATA topic asserts that filtering is enabled on any level of hierarchy.

But according my observations filter results list is formed based only on first level of hierarchy (Pega 7.1.7).

Could you please  clarify how Pega performs sorting and filtering of hierarchical data?

Hi,

If you open the Tree Grid example in the UI Gallery and sort on "Employee Name" expand Abigail, she has 3 employees: Jake, Jeremy and Josh

Reverse sorting and now Abigail is last and has 3 employees: Josh, Jeremy and Jake
