Rule Resolution is not taking newly created rule
We heard 3 occurence of rule resolution and rule not found -
1. Production : system didn't had any deployment since 10 days, system working properly and mid of one day; All user started getting white screen, in logs analysis we found exception for "rule not found" even it's available; Post restart of application after cleaning "temp" contents; it's working properly and no more re-producible
2. Upgrade dev- (for different customer): Team were working since last 1-2 month; since last 2-3 days none of newly created rule cosidering(rule resolution) tilll we delete content of temp.
have anyone came cross to situation?
