Rule Resolution is not taking newly created rule
We heard 3 occurence of rule resolution and rule not found -
1. Production : system didn't had any deployment since 10 days, system working properly and mid of one day; All user started getting white screen, in logs analysis we found exception for "rule not found" even it's available; Post restart of application after cleaning "temp" contents; it's working properly and no more re-producible
2. Upgrade dev- (for different customer): Team were working since last 1-2 month; since last 2-3 days none of newly created rule cosidering(rule resolution) tilll we delete content of temp.
have anyone came cross to situation?

Could you please confirm which version fo Pega 7.1.x you are using?
When you encounter the rule resoulution issue did you ceck in SMA under virtual table cache and ABA cache whether rule is getting loaded with your apply to class?

Scenario : We have 2 machines in production each with 2 JVMs (total of 4 JVM). machine 1 (JVM1 and JVM2) and Machine 2 (JVM3 and JVM4).
We deploy the zip files from JVM1. We have functionality which accesses PDF forms and there are number of forms loaded in the application. If our deployment contains new PDF forms, after the code push the new forms areshowing up correct on JVM1 and JVM2 but on JVM3 and JVM4 the old forms are showing up.
This is only happening for the PDF forms and not the rest of the code (activities, etc). So seems to be an issue with File cache.
To make this work, after deployment we manually open the file rule from designer studio, private check out, save and then discard. We do this for all the forms on JVM3 and JVM4. We havent been able to find a permanent solution.

e-form goes to static content. Are these PDF creation using e-form? and are these new or old? SMA and static content cache clear will resolve this issue; But don't have clue on why it has worked for 2 and not to other.
