Extra columns added to work/history tables
Are there new columns added to the work/history
tables in Pega 7 as compared to Pega 6.2? We of course have custom work
and history tables for our workflows, so trying to understand if we have to
apply DDL changes to those tables.

As long as you are using entirely custom table then that should work as
it was even after the upgrade. If you have modified any of the OOTB
tables then the generateddl.sh / generateddl.bat will generate the necessary DDL changes that can be applied.

Another point to note down is this generate DDL will generate only alter statements for PC_WORK and PC_HISTROY_WORK tables. All the custom work and history tables need to be maullay altered based up on the alter statements of PC_WORK and PC_HISTORY_WORK tables.
