Can you provide more details on the issue you are facing? Are you using your PDN credentials to try and log in? Are you seeing the log in screen and then getting an error when you try to log in? Are you getting an error immediately upon accessing the link?

I had no trouble logging into the system using an administrative account.

One thing to try would be to access the link in a private browser session (i.e. a Chrome icognito window, IE InPrivate browsing session, or Firefox private window). This would help us understand if it is a session issue.

I tried in Google Chrome incognito window the following steps

1. Access - Pdn.pega.com/pega-7-express

2. Entered pdn credentials

3. Agree to terms and click "Try Pega 7 Express now"

4. In the "You're Ready" page, clicked "Login to Pega 7 Express"

5. This webpage is not available/ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Are you able to access the URL via another browser? Do you only see the error in Chrome? The site appears to be online and functional. 

Where are you connecting from? The AWS cloud this is hosted on is located in the US. It is possible that there are network latency issues to other parts of the world.

I have tried both in IE and Chrome. 

I am accessing from Virginia, US. The problem is being faced by others also at customer side. I hope its not blocked. Is there something which i can check internally?

I am curious whether this worked before or whether this is your first time accessing Express? Also, have you tried connecting outside the company network?

This is the first time accessing Express. 

I think it must be some internal network problem. I tried opening from my mobile and it does. Thanks.
