Circumstance Exercise Benefit Over Visible When

While completing the exercise on circumstancing I kept thinking that this could be easily implemented by making the Waive Medical option visible based on a when condition based on marital status.

I presume the benefit of circumstancing is that it is more scalable.

not really. 

it's a "six of these" or "half dozen of the other" choice.

I suspect we'll end up changing that exercise because mose people who pay attention come to the same conclusion. So, the good news is, you seem to be paying attention ;)
