Same Interaction posted multiple times
We see the same interaction(on click of a button or a link) posted multiple times in tracer. This particularly happens when the interaction has lots of steps(Activities) which takes a lot of time to load, and because the same is posted multiple times (sometimes more than thrice), this impacts the overall performance even more.
Hope anyone has observed this..!!

I am sorry I put it in a confusing manner.
When I said "same interaction being posted multiple times", If there is a post activity executed in a local action and I did "trace open rule" on the post activity, suppose the tracer shows 2000 lines with INT(Interaction) as '238', the same 2000 lines are posted again and again(sometimes more than thrice) with different INT (this time may be '239') even though I submitted the local action only once. Hope I am understood.
This happens particularly when the activity had lots of steps(and some calls to external systems). And because of this probable multiple executions, the performance impact is much more and sometimes the user even observes "Internal Server Error" after waiting on it for sometime.
Hope you experienced this sometime and could let me understand more about this..:)

The Tracer shows an incredible amount of detail by default. If you look at what I pasted below you will see that INT (Interaction) column has value 238, this goes on for over a hundred rows, but because you said the interaction may even appear thrice (and not hundreds of times) I suspect I may be misunderstanding what you are referring to. I am very curious to understand what you are seeing. If you copy the trace output and post it here perhaps I can explain your results. Either way I am nearly certain that what you are seeing is not indicative of any problem but just a reflection of the amount of detail the tracer is showing.
