This re-envisioned site keeps all that is great about Collaboration Center – the fantastic questions, engaging discussions, informative Ask the Expert sessions – and adds in new content focused on troubleshooting and self-support.

The new Support Doc content type is available for search, along with all of the existing Questions and Discussions posted to date. Support Docs pull in Troubleshooting Articles previously published on our Docs site, Troubleshooting Videos from the Video Library, important security advisories, and more; providing you the means to easily search across all of our support knowledgebase on a single site focused on client support.

Pega Support Center also provides easy access to My Support Portal, My Pega Cloud, and Predictive Diagnostic Cloud for those who use these applications for troubleshooting, self-service, and support.

Again, most of what made the Collaboration Center great serves as the foundation of the new Pega Support Center. We have a full staff of community and technical moderators working around the clock to ensure your questions and discussions remain engaging in a safe and friendly environment. To this great team, we are now adding our support writing and video production staff to build upon our already robust library of troubleshooting and self-support content.
