Unified Messaging Edition no longer offered as standalone product

Starting April 26, 2021, Pega's digital messaging capabilities will be available exclusively in Digital Customer Engagement Edition, our flagship customer service desktop. Unified Messaging Edition will no longer be offered as standalone product.
