unable to start SSA on pega 7.1.6 with Oracle VM Vurtual Box
Hi any one pleaes help us to fix below issue while starting the Pega 7 Exercise using Oracle VirtualBox.
find the error below.

Allow 3-4 minutes after starting befor attempting to acess the Designer Studio
To access the Designer Studio, open a browser of your choice and enter the URL: http://:9080

Usually the issues with PVS revolve around the url and associated network security such as DNS.
Make sure with VBox that you leave the settings in the VM to be host only, best not to try to change to Bridged or other settings as there are known issues with these that involve editing files in the PVS image to fix.
Next, the url should be whatever is shown in PVS (not the samples in the instructions if you have downloaded those, as the url's vary for different courses:
I have checked with the CSSA PVS image and the url should be "http://prpc:8080", not as posted in your question.
Also, if the friendly url doesn't work, please replace prpc with the IP address as shown inyour PVS screen. To see what it is, log into the PVS session with user id: "architect", password, "password",
it should be something like "http:// Proprietary information hidden:8080", but may vary depending upon your system.
As one of the most common issues we face is where local network security, DNS servers etc will block the friendly url.
If in doubt, also try disconnecting from any corporate network while initially connecting to see if this is the issue.
