Unable to save operator id after upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded from 6.2 to 7.1.8. After upgrade we are unable to save Operator ID as its giving below error. Please help.

Save failed: Unable to open an instance using the given inputs: pxObjClass = "Data-Preference-Operator", pyUserIdentifier = "zkycyv7"

From Pega 7.1.8 onwards , there is a new table introduced for operator preference PR_Oprator_Pref, can you see if you have this table in your setup, I doubt if the upgrade was successful.

Hi,

We are also facing the same issue. Do we need to re run the upgrade scripts after changing the data source from XA to Non-XA?
