Unable to download the Student Guide

The link at the right side of the Welcome page to download the Student Guide is not working

try clicking on it again. I just tested this and the PDF opens in my browser (Chrome) and I am able to save it to my local drive.

That is weird. I am a Mac user and tested it in Chrome on OS X.

Check your Chrome prefs in OS X. Make sure the Chrome PDF viewer is not disabled.
