Felicia, which browser are you using? I did try in IE (I am using version 11) and all works fine. However in Chrome I do experience some issues myself as well.

Can you please try in IE (or a different browser). If it is not working, please send me your email address to miki.muzsi@pega.com) and I will email you the guide.

P.s. and just in case you are trying to dowload the image (exercise system in chrome) not that in the window with the token you have to do a right click and say save as. Then image download will start. If this was your issue you might not need the guide anymore :-).

Thank you for responding to my topic Miki and for emailing the guide.  As we discussed, I am using IE version 11.  I have been able to download the other documents in the course so i'm not sure why that link is not working.

Please try once more doing the following:

1. Click the "Download Exercise System" button
2. Right mouse click on the download token link
3. In the context menu select "Save link as..."
4. Pick a location to save the exercise system archive file...
