In her recent Pega Community Blog Post, Tiffany Veder ( @vedet ) observes that the greatest barrier to success in Pega projects is a lack of communication between business and IT, and suggests that an important task of a Pega Center of Excellence is to serve as a kind of marriage counselor that improves the relationship between the two groups. 

Veder suggests two simple things that a CoE can do to improve communication and increase ROI:

1. Demystify the technology
2. Be transparent about the delivery process
