In a recent post on the Pega Community Blog, Robert Calton (@caltr) argues that the Pega Express Delivery Approach is not just something that should be learned and put into practice to ensure high quality delivery of Pega projects. It also includes a number of concepts that can help Pega professionals in their educational and certification journey with Pega.

Here is what he suggests:

1. Think about topics in Pega Academy courses like microjourneys. At the end of each topic, try and think about how it relates to your prior knowledge and to other skills that you have built over the course of the Pega Academy mission
2. Treat Pega Academy tasks like minimum lovable products. There are a lot of different ways to complete a task. Work to find the simplest way.
3. Imagine the persona of the person who is meant to consume the result of your Pega Academy exercises, and be inspired by the persona of the people who will benefit from your education and the certifications that you hope to achieve.
