Scheduling Bots from pega robotManager not working correctly due to time zone

we have configured bots for scheduling , and kept scheduling from robot manager,  but still the bot does not start on the schedules time for startup

bot starts at the initial instance itself instaed of the scheduled time.

ROOT CAUSE A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules "Asia/Kuwait" time zone in operator profile is not reflecting in scheduling robots"  ( refer : Request ID SR-D78191 )

RESOLUTION Perform the following local-change: 

• Update time zone to 'AST' (GMT+3) in Pega login operator and robot manager operator. -> the relavent timezone as per your local 
• Logoff and login to Pega portal.
• Schedule robots in local time zone (AST).
