Restrictions on referencing tickets and calling them in Nested Flow Structure
Hi,
When I'm going through the Ticketing lesson in CSSA course, I haven't seen any restrictions mentioned related to referencing and calling tickets.
It would be helpful, if somebody can clear my doubts, which are
1. Will PRPC allow us to refer a ticket in Flow C and call it from Flow A? (where Flow C is subprocess of flow B which inturn is subprocess of Flow A.)
2. Will PRPC allow us to call a ticket from Flow B which is referenced in Flow C? (Where Flow B & C are individual subprocess of Flow A)

Use of Tickets is limited in Pega 7 unless a single Stage step has a hierarchy of sub flows.
I would think the Ticket would be checked in the current flow, then the parent flow, then it's parent flow, etc
Do not expect Tickets to allow a jump from one step to another.

The answer for both of ur question is 'NO'.
U can not refer a ticket in Flow C and call it from Flow A(The reason is because both the flows are different,and are not embedded in each other.)
And
you can not call a ticket from Flow B which is referenced in Flow C(Where Flow B & C are individual subprocess of Flow A)
You should remember that, u can refer a ticket that is been raised in its embedded flow(That it should have path back).
