Resolution for VM download issue in Pega Customer Service Foundation 7.2 Self-Study Course

Issue:

On this particular course, unable to download the VM from the following link:

https://pdn.pega.com/pega-academy/my-self-study?LessonID=L-5171

Using Chrome, the download automatically cancels itself and restarts. On IE, the download simply fails after downloading close to 100% of the file. 

Resolution:

The download was conflicting with crash plan which backs up all My Document folders. Be sure to download the file to a location outside of My Documents.
