Refresh section on click of buttons moves the focus to composite view
Hi,
I have a review button on one of the Service Cases. There is a refresh other section configured on click of the Button. On click screen refreshes and focus moves to the composite view.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue and knows the fix.

Pega 7.1.9. We are using Customer Service version 7.1.4.
The issue is happening only for CPM Interaction Portal.
There is no custom control on the button. It is Pega OOTB Button

If i understood correclty you are refreshing other section - does the other section includes a layout group/tabbed group and after refreshing it is taking you to 1st tab? If so looks like there is some feature called Activate When higher verison of Pega (7.2). see if that helps you.

Hi,
a flowaction mentioned as local and connector,i used this flowaction in the button control - local action (requirement is i need to go back to the previous screen from current screen) for my requirement. it is throwing me an error that flowaction mentioned is not local flowaction.Please help me
which version of Pega you are using? Can you try including some hidden input filed in the section where you want... Or you do not have control over it (
