Process Work Object Converted to Temparary Work Object in runtime.

Hi,

Among thousands of WOs Only two work objects changed to  temparary without  using pyTemporaryObject property changed to true.

 

Any inputs/suolutions on it should be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply!!

I created a flow with pyTemporaryObject = false. I created more that 10000 WOs by using this flow, but only two Work Objects pyTemporaryObject property changed to true( i.e it wont allow us to see history and attachments)

my question is, How pyTemporaryObject property got chaged? any possible scenarios?

Can a moderator move this to the Case Management forum? ***** I recommend you create a rule-declare-onchange that tracks when pyTemporaryObject switches to true and prints out the stacktrace to the logs, and check the logs the next time this mystery event occurs.

Hi Team..

I want to change pyTemporaryObject value to false for one WO ID, somehow its value is changed to true and now i want to correct it as false

I tried to update clipboard page, but page update got failed. Can you please help.

Hello,

You can use the flow action, pyPersistCase to convert a temporary work object to permanent work object. Temporary work objects do not have IDs and this flow action takes care of providing one.
