Prediction Studio and machine language

Greetings

I am trying to use machine language to extract text from an email. I have this working fine using Ruta, but I can seem to figure it out with machine language.

I have attachment my data source. I simply added a few fields to the existing template. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have more training data for the entity you want to recognize from the email.

RUTA is good when you have a fixed pattern. 

Can you add training records from the "Training Data tab" of the email channel? It will fix the tags automatically.

thanks. I also fixed some errors in my spreadsheet and was able to get it to work. I did need to add more test data to the spreadsheet as well.
