I found "Automation, AI & Customer Engagement" by Kerim Akgonul to be my most favorite keynote presentation. There were so many good speakers that provided a lot of useful testimonials and experiences. But, being a technically oriented guy, I lean to enjoying hearing about the new products and future direction of the technologies. Within Kerim's presentation,he elaborated on the technologies that break the old paradigm of only getting 2 things when you talk about good, cheap & fast. With the new features and products that are going to be available, such as paid media manager, self service advisor and real time agile capabilities, I can see why he says that. These are the tools that businesses can use to truly transform their company and maybe save their company in some instances. I was truly impressed in how much GM has used Pega products to maximize customer touchpoints with the car actually reaching out itself and how Pega is used when a customer hits the OnStar button. Very cool. To the general public, they don't know what Pega is. I'm glad I can share more with friends and family how Pega has impacted their experiences with companies in ways that they have no idea.
