PEGA 6.2 List to List Control - Help Requested - Answered

I was abled to get this answered. Here is a screen shot of the solution.

 

 

I have a List to List control on a page.  I have data populated in the clipboard in a Page-List.  I have the control configure to read from the Page-List but the data is not showing up in the control for the user and it seems to be disabled.  I have tried the following and there is no change or improvement.

Am I missing something in the control configuration?
