PA Virtual Machine Quick Start Guide Not Found

Hello,

I am completing the Importance of Propositions course. When I try to download the PA virtual Machine Quick Start Guide from the Related Content section, I get the following error:

The requested URL /pegasystems2/exercise_guides/PA_Virtual_Machine_Quick_Start_Guide_12_14_15.pdf was not found on this server.

The same applies to the link in the following sentence:
Feel free to use the Exercise System Quick Start Guide for guidance on how to install and use the VM.

I stumbled upon this broken link as I could get not get my reference system to start (I received the message that the files are corrupted). I will try to download this again as maybe this is a download error.
