Not able to upgrade sections which is in "Layout" or "Layout(Custom)" format
When tried to upgrade sections using ECS upgrade utilities, the wizard is not able to upgrade sections which contains layouts in formats like "Layout (Custom)" and "Layout" .So most sections are not upgraded through wizard.

The Upgrade utility is designed to upgrade Smart Layouts to Dynamic Layouts. User's custom layout should be handled manually.

For Freeform Layouts all the layouts are not supported for upgrading to dynamic layouts. Please read through the guide/help bundled with the utility to make sure that pre-requisites are met and upgrade is performed only for those supported layouts.
