LDAP URL log-in issue

while log-in using LDAP URL we are getting below error. please let me know if any one knows resolution. In tracer also no clue about the issue. We are using pega 7.1.5 version

One reason that you may see this error is that there was no matching operator Id found to the credentials provided at login. Check your search filter, directory context and property mapping in the Authentication Service rule.
